Park Lane Décor utilises reputable courier companies to ensure your goods arrive safely. While we make every effort to dispatch your goods on time, we cannot control delays that occur en route to your shipping address.

Our standard turn-around-time for deliveries is 2-3 days from order. Larger orders may take longer, but you will be contacted by us discuss your order and delivery requirements. Orders to the major cities may be delivered in shorter time periods than outlying areas, plots, farms and townships.

Also note that our couriers charge a levy for outlying areas, plots, farms, townships, schools and hospitals.

To ensure that our beautiful products arrive at your destination, please make sure:

1. That the physical address that you type in is correct.

2. That the email address you use to register with us is an address which you use frequently. Our courier will send you notifications to this address to advise of the status and location of your goods.

3. That your contact details including phone number are correct. This will enable us to phone you if there are delivery issues, where the courier cant find you or raise you on the intercom systems, for example, or advise of possible delays.
